These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Tagbloom (https://bloomtags.site). By using the site, including the tag generator and the blog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use
You may use Tagbloom for lawful, personal or business purposes connected to creating content. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
- try to disrupt, overload, hack or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
- use automated tools to copy large parts of the site or to place an unreasonable load on it;
- use the tag generator to produce tags that are misleading, hateful, harassing or designed to spam;
- pretend that the site or its content is endorsed by us or by any platform when it is not.
Tool results
The tag generator produces suggestions only. It runs in your browser and does not know live search volume, current trends or what any platform will do with your post. The Broad, Niche and Long-tail labels are estimates based on how specific a phrase is. We do not guarantee that any tag is accurate, suitable, safe, available, free of third-party rights or effective. You are responsible for checking each tag before you use it, and for making sure that your posts follow the rules of the platform you publish on.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and layout of Tagbloom belong to the site owner unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may read the site, share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back. You may not republish whole articles, sell our content or present it as your own without written permission. The tags and phrases you create with the tool are yours to use, although we cannot promise that they are free of any third-party rights, such as trademarks.
Third-party platforms and trademarks
Instagram and Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Tagbloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We mention these names only to describe what our guides cover. Platform rules, limits and features change often, and the official Help Centre of each platform is the authority on its current rules.
Advertising
The site is free to use and may display advertising in future, including ads provided by Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we do not control or endorse their content. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is a promise of views, followers, reach, sales or income.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the owner of Tagbloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, income, data, reputation or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content or tool results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms, the site or the tool at any time, including removing features. When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the site owner lives, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
