Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tagbloom (https://bloomtags.site) collects, how it is used and what choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and clear. If anything is unclear, email us at infotagbloom@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Tool input stays in your browser. The Tagbloom tag generator runs in your web browser. The topics, keywords and phrases you type into it are processed on your own device and are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

Emails you send us. If you write to infotagbloom@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to you, and to keep a record of corrections and requests.

Messages sent through the contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the email address you type, your name if you add one, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to read and reply to you. The form is delivered by a third-party service, described below.

Server logs kept by the host. Like almost every website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may automatically record technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, the date and time, the pages requested, the browser type and the referring page. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also filters traffic to protect it from abuse. These logs are kept by the host for security and operational purposes, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details. The only personal details you can give us through the site are the ones you choose to type into the contact form.

Cookies and similar technologies

At the moment Tagbloom does not set cookies and does not save anything in your browser's local storage. Please see our Cookie Policy for details and for how to control cookies in your browser.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Tagbloom is free to use, and we may show advertising in future, including ads served by Google AdSense. If ads are shown, the following applies.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
  • You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Besides Google, other third-party vendors and ad networks that work with Google may also serve ads on this site. You can opt out of some of those vendors' cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. We do not control the cookies set by third-party advertisers, and their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics service at the moment. If we add one in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message from a Google-certified consent management provider may be shown to you when advertising is active. It will let you accept or decline the use of cookies for personalised advertising and manage your choices. Where consent is required, ads that need it will not be personalised unless you agree.

Children

Tagbloom is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email infotagbloom@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK. Our legal bases are generally your consent (for advertising cookies) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and replying to your messages.

Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information a business collects and uses, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies from third parties may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out through the links in the advertising section above. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Contact form service

To let you write to us without leaving the site, the contact form uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. When you press Send, your browser sends your message, email address, topic and name (if given) to FormSubmit, which forwards it to our email inbox. We do not store form messages on this website. FormSubmit handles the request on its own servers under its own terms and privacy information, which you can read on its website. If you would rather not use the form, you can email us directly instead.

How long we keep information

Emails and contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of corrections, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept by the host according to its own retention schedule.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the site and any emails we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our pages may link to other websites, including the Help Centres of the platforms we write about. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Please check back occasionally.
